The new window sill seal AD 500 has been tested for use in both the recessed and flush installation of window sills. The recessed mounting position can be used with and without butt connectors. The flush mounting position can be used without butt connectors. This gives you flexible options for mounting. Cut the window sill screw-on seal to your desired length and shorten it to the precise size required.. Then remove the protective film and attach the screw-on seal to the window sill using adhesive strips.
The use of the BUG butt connector H 500 D is particularly recommended for window fronts. The screw-on seal is attached in combination with the butt connector according to the same principle. Just make sure that the overall length of the EPDM seal is sufficient. This ensures easy handling and secure installation.
