Minimum order quantities

In general, our defined packaging units apply. The minimum order for window sills in stock is 10 units per item. In the event of deviations, we reserve the right to adjust your orders accordingly.

Minimum order value per order for stock items

The minimum order value per order is €300 for standard goods and €100 for small parts and accessories.

Surface surcharge

For orders in RAL colours and Eloxal coatings that are not in stock and have a surface of ​​less than 50 m², a flat-rate surcharge of €75 net is charged. Prices for special colours in signal, fluorescent, pearl and metallic tones are available on request.

For powder-coated frames under 15 m², a minimum order surcharge of €55 is charged.

Change costs

For changes requested by the customer to orders already entered and confirmed in the system, a processing fee of €100 is charged.

Special surcharge

We reserve the right to charge an additional €50 net for separate packaging and picking costs (opening of cartons and repackaging).

Shipping costs

Batch fulfilment shipments with a net value of goods exceeding €2,000 net are delivered freight-free. If the net value of the goods is less than €2,000, we charge a freight charge of €150 net.

For parcel shipments up to a maximum of 30 kg and a maximum length of 2 m, we charge €20 net per parcel.

Prices for express delivery with a specified time or for general cargo shipments outside of our batch fulfilment system are only available on request. However, we reserve the right to charge an additional €100 for additionally accrued costs in these cases.
