New appointment in Top Sales Management at BUG Aluminium-Systeme
Götze and Obermayr are currently visiting existing customers to arrange the most suitable transition. “I am handing over the baton to my successor and I am sure that the BUG team will continue on its successful path,” says Obermayr. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Obermayr is a veteran in this field. His charismatic personality is highly valued by customers, service providers, colleagues and employees. He began his career as Sales Director at BUG Aluminium-Systeme, formerly known as Aleris International Inc. in 2008. During this time, he has successfully achieved many milestones for BUG and actively helped to shape and develop the brand. The focus was on the transition from traditional customer relationships to partnership-based cooperation. Customers value BUG as a reliable system partner for window sills, wood-aluminium systems for windows and facades and flat roof systems. In addition to various successful product launches, he was also responsible for the positive development of the brand. As a result, BUG is back in the fast lane and stands out as an innovation leader in the field of window sill systems. “It has always been important to me that customers feel they have chosen a product that adds value to their company,” says Obermayr.
His successor Martin Götze comes from Hilti AG, the global tool manufacturer in the construction industry. Most recently, he was responsible for device service marketing. Götze has held various positions in project management, product marketing and customer relationship management. He worked at the head office in Liechtenstein and spent several years abroad in South Africa and Japan. At BUG Aluminium-Systeme, he is committed to providing customer-oriented and differentiated products and services that offer increased value to customers. “I put our customers at the heart of everything we do. This means that we will identify our customers’ needs at an early stage and address their challenges in the market to develop solutions. Our responsibility is to operate with a customer focus throughout the entire purchasing decision process,” says Götze, explaining the strategic orientation of BUG Aluminium-Systeme. In addition to innovative products and services, Götze aims to offer the perfect customer experience coupled with the highest level of customer satisfaction. He wants to achieve these ambitious goals through continuous process optimisation in combination with customer-specific service agreements. This change process is supported by sensible digitalisation. “I’m currently in the process of getting an overall picture. At the same time, I have already actively introduced short-term change measures. Among other things, this involves further improvements in terms of proactive communication and excellent product supply.
