A masterpiece of modern architecture and sustainable construction in 13 storeys

The Bernhard Schmidt Building in Lõõtsa 5, Tallinn, Estonia, was built in 2015 and is an outstanding example of modern architecture and sustainable construction. The 13-storey office complex, which has a height of 45 metres and an area of around 11,000 m², received LEED Gold certification for its environmentally friendly construction12.

The building's façade is characterised by a digital pattern that reflects the innovative strength and modern technology of the business district. The east and west façades are equipped with vertical solar shading devices, while the south façade features horizontal solar shading panels. The main entrance area is prestigious and inviting, with a high and open reception area.

The building offers flexible office space that can be adapted as required and fulfils all modern accessibility requirements. The interior spaces are designed to create a pleasant working atmosphere and allow views to the outside.
