I 500 D/135 internal corner connector for secure connection of window sill butts on internal corners at an angle of 135°. Water tightness under heavy rain tested up to 1,950 Pa. Compensation of thermal length variation +3 mm/-3 mm. With a spring-based design, expansion compensation is +4 mm/-4 mm. Component of the BUG System 500 window sill system tested for water tightness under heavy rain. Material: aluminium and corner-vulcanised EPDM seal.

Note: Expansion compensation is via a compensating spring effect with an integrated zero position. This defined compensation allows movement and expansion during temperature fluctuations on both sides of the window sill.
