System components
The BUG rebate system is an aluminium frame profile that is used in combination with a mounting rail to automate the production of wood-aluminium windows. In the area of the sash and the transom, the profile mounting is moved downwards, the corner-vulcanised sealing frame is replaced by a stop seal. The setting bar and transom solutions are thus implemented as usual and enable automated production and shortened assembly times. In addition, the water drainage is optimised by the inclined lower frame profile.
